This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Shipnote subscriptions.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Shipnote are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to our plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for unused subscription time or dissatisfaction with the service. Please review our pricing and features before subscribing.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining unused days of the billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility & Timeframe
In cases of duplicate charges or billing errors caused by a technical issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@shipnote.com. We will investigate and resolve verified billing errors.
4. No Free Trial
Shipnote does not offer a free trial. Your subscription begins and billing starts immediately upon purchase. By subscribing, you confirm that you understand there is no trial period and that all charges are non-refundable as described in this policy.
